Never received a call after that so car is still there. I would expect a call that a job could not be done in one day or some form of update. ”

Sure, I had it picked up and delivered, but now, it has been sitting for over a week when we desperately need to use it. Once I get everything I needed, it'll have sat for 2 weeks or more. I also didn't like that they wouldn't release the vehicle with any document from the bank...THE BANK. The loan was approved and they just needed signatures to release the funds, so I had to adjust the pickup which cost me more money. I had to be on them to receive tracking on the title and didn't receive any paperwork or information about what my exact benefits were for purchasing a pre-owned certified vehicle. ”
