I also didn't like that they wouldn't release the vehicle with any document from the bank...THE BANK. The loan was approved and they just needed signatures to release the funds, so I had to adjust the pickup which cost me more money. I had to be on them to receive tracking on the title and didn't receive any paperwork or information about what my exact benefits were for purchasing a pre-owned certified vehicle. ”
